Hello,i think this is a pretty good diet i think im going to start tomorrow on Monday,just a suggestion i would add “breakfast” “lunch” and “dinner” food so you would have a schedeual to follow! I would also add more detail in everything! Give me luck ill be trying this out and hopefully it will work!!
